ENSURE OUR EMAILS GO TO YOUR INBOX!

Unfortunately, we cannot control where our emails go once we have hit send or any of the portals send your receipt, confirmation email, or certificates. As a result, some emails end up in spam, social, or promotions folders. Here are some of our best ideas to increase the chances that our emails go straight to your inbox!

Subscribe! We’ve added a “Subscribe” button to the bottom of our HOME page. By subscribing and confirming your subscription, you indicate that we are a trusted sender and our messages are much more likely to be delivered to your inbox.

  • NOTE: If you have unsubscribed via a promotional email from us, then you will not receive any course-related emails from us either. Please re-subscribe!

  • We are sorry that you will continue to receive promotional emails from us even though you have already registered for a class. Unfortunately, we cannot segregate the mailing lists based on that level of detail. Thank you for your understanding!

  • We will never share your contact information with anyone.

Add us as a Contact! As soon as possible, add seminars@turningpointseminars.com to your contacts. Every email provider will have a different process. Below are the steps for adding us as a contact in a gmail account (the most frequent offender!).

  • From your email inbox, click on the “Apps” section of your email. The “Apps” section is found in the upper right corner of your email. The icon for the “Apps” section is three rows of three dots.

  • In the pop-up window, scroll down until you find the “Contacts” icon (i.e., a blue head and torso). Click on the “Contacts” icon.

  • Create a new contact by clicking on the “Create Contact” button on the upper left side of the screen. Choose “Create Contact” from the pop-up window.

  • Add “Turning Point Seminars “in the “Company” field.

  • Add “seminars@turningpointseminars.com” in the “Email” field.

  • Click the blue “Save” button.

Create a Filter! You can create your very own filter to route all of our messages to your inbox. Note: You have to have received at least one message from us and these are general instructions. The steps may vary slightly depending on the version and settings of your email provider.

GMAIL

  • Click on the three vertical dots at the top far-right corner of one of our messages.

  • From the pop-up window, select “Filter messages like this.”

  • From the next pop-up window, select “Create Filter.”

  • From the next pop-up window, check the box for “Never send it to Spam.”

  • Click “Create Filter.”

OUTLOOK

  • Right-click on one of our emails.

  • Select "Junk" from the drop-down menu.

  • Select "Never Block Sender" from the next menu.

APPLE MAIL

  • Open one of our emails.

  • Click on "Mail" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  • Select "Add Sender to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs.”

YAHOO MAIL

  • Click on the three dots at the top right corner of one of our emails.

  • Select "Filter Emails From" from the drop-down menu.

  • Select the sender's email address or name.

  • Click "Save."
