1. “Broken diaphragm”: Back, hip and occipital region pain, history of hiatal hernia involving small intestine.

2. “Back from the brink”: History of resuscitation at birth, major industrial accident that led to five disc herniation and family history of cardiac.

3. “Horse back injury”: History of multiple falls form horse with symptoms of neck and back pain.

4. “K”: History of unhealed ear piercings, thyroid (and thyroid family history) with symptoms of mood swings and difficulty in temperature regulation.

5. “K”: History of professional acrobatic skiing with multiple injuries and surgeries (including 12 knee surgeries) with symptoms of anxiety, shoulder pain, and limited ROM

6. “C”: History of extra rib at birth and surgical removal and history of psychological trauma with symptoms of anxiety and pain in the shoulder.

7. “N”: History of HBP, multiple Covid infections with severe symptoms each time now presenting with low back and leg pain.

8. “D”: History of lumbar disc disease, gestational diabetes, knee repair now complaining of migraine headaches, hip and leg pain.

9. “M”: History of appendix surgery, hip replacement and hypothyroid now complaining of poor balance, lumbar pain, and essential tremor.
