CLASS ANNOUNCEMENTS for The Essentials of Kiiko Matsumoto Acupuncture

Hello and Welcome! This page is meant to be a central resource for all course updates. For major issues, an email will also be sent, but sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace. No class material (e.g., links and passwords) will be shared here.

IMPORTANT DATES

  1. April 28: Registration opens! Don’t forget to save and/or print a copy of the confirmation email (“KMS Acupuncture Webinar Information”) that is sent immediately and automatically upon registration. It contains ALL of the information you need to access the course and get the most of it.

  2. June 7: Class Opens at 12:01 AM PDT! All recordings and handouts available.

  3. June 14: First Q&A session. Link to register is included in confirmation email, but will also be in reminder email: “Reminder: Monika’s Office Hours.” You can register for both sessions at any time. Both sessions will be uploaded to the showcase of recordings.

  4. June 21: Deadline to submit palpation video via YouTube to monika@hqacupuncture.com. Hide your patient's/participant's identity by having them wear a mask and sunglasses and film yourself palpating the major reflexes of the abdomen, then fire points and/or neck.

  5. June 28: Second Q&A session. Link to register included in confirmation email, but also in reminder email. If you attended the first session, you will be able to use the same link .

  6. July 16: Quiz will close and access to recordings will end at 11:59 PM PT. Remember: the quiz is only 10 questions and you need only 7/10 to pass. Most students pass on their first try in less than 10 minutes, so don’t stress!

  7. July 26: NCCAOM certificates will be delivered by this date.

BREAKING NEWS!

We will post updates on this page (e.g., when the recording of the Q&A session has been uploaded to Vimeo showcase). If you suspect a widespread issue with Vimeo or other course material, you can check here to see if we have posted something about it! You can also send an email to seminars@turningpointseminars.com, but if you are in a different time zone, it can be reassuring (or not, as the case may be!) to check if we have indeed identified a problem and sent an email with information (that may be hiding in your spam folder!).

  1. This course has been approved for 15 NCCAOM PDAs (which are accepted by most states and many countries) and 15 live CEUs for California and Florida students (whose boards have a separate accreditation process).

  2. JUNE 6 at 6 PM PDT: Students, start your engines! The course is now open!

  3. JUNE 22: The recording for the June 14 office hours has been uploaded to the showcase. You can find it on the third page.

  4. JULY 5: The recording for June 28 office hours has been uploaded to last page of showcase, including palpation video feedback!
